If someone has high cholesterol the first thing to do is be sure not to be overweight. Second, exercise is extremely important. And third, avoid foods that are high in cholesterol. This is the beginning ABC. Once we have set these three items - weight, exercise and avoiding foods with high cholesterol - then there are certain foods that could be helpful.
