At this point I would like to talk about the impact of stress on the treatment for cancer. Stress is a terrible condition because it eats at you and probably feeds the cancer. There are biological effects when people are under stress. Also, it may interfere with your ability to get your treatments on time and to cope with what needs to be done.
One of the validated methods for reducing some of the symptoms of cancer treatment is meditation - which clearly reduces stress. Meditation has been shown to reduce the tingling and numbness and some of the other side effects of treatment. Personally I tell everyone that I meditate every day and I advise everyone to meditate every day.
