Warranty Empowered warrantees that 90 days following the first payment it will deliver a minimum of unique leads per month. A delivered lead is unique form to fax submission or a call of a total duration of 1 minute or more routed through the tracking phone number provided under the Standard and Premium subscriptions, in any month that the minimum lead warranty is not met, the following month fee will be reduced by 50%. Warranted minimum leads are 5 per month for Standard agreements. 10 per month for Premium agreement and 1 per month for each additional market area contracted. |
