Dr. Bennie Chiles IIIDr. Bennie Chiles III is a Diplomate of the American Board of Neurological Surgery and National Board of Medical Examiners and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He earned his medical degree from the University of California-San Francisco School of Medicine in 1991 after graduating from Harvard University with a B.A. in Biological Science. His post-graduate training included a surgical internship, neurological surgery residency and spinal surgery fellowship at the New York University Medical Center, where he was Chief Resident from 1996-1998. Dr. Chiles is a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Neurological Surgery at New York Medical College/Westchester Medical Center. He is an attending neurosurgeon at Lawrence Hospital Center in Bronxville, Community Hospital of Dobbs Ferry in Dobbs Ferry, White Plains Hospital Center in White Plains, Northern Westchester Hospital Center in Mount Kisco, and Sound Shore Medical Center in New Rochelle. He is also an attending surgeon in the Department of Neurological Surgery at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla. He has published seven papers, two book chapters and five abstracts and given more than 20 presentations in the field.
