Dr. Reginald C. Buford has a private practice with a diversified group of patients and specializes in plastic and reconstructive surgery. He graduated from Morehouse College with a degree in Biology and went on to graduate from the University of Cincinnati Medical School. He completed his residency in General Surgery at Meharry Medical College in Nashville. Following that he completed a residency in Plastic Surgery at Harlem Hospital in New York.

Dr. Garry Killyon graduated from Southern university in Baton Rouge with a BS Chemistry. He also finished Creighton University in Omaham Nebraska and received a Doctorate of Dental Surgery. From there he went on to complete his medical degree at Meharry and then completed a Fellowship in Plastic Surgery at Fitzsimons Medical Center in Aurora, Colorado. He has served as a Staff Surgeon at Brooke Army Medical Center, the Medical University of South Carolina and the University of Texas medical Branch and Shriners Burn Hospital in Galveston.
