Hair transplant surgery is the focus of the New York office of True and Dorin. Dr. True is a Diplomat of the American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery. He is President and Senior Partner of True and Dorin Medical Group, P.C.
Dr. True attended Medical School at Mc Gill University where he was named a University Scholar. He then completed a Master of Public Health at John Hopkins School of Public Health and Hygiene. Dr. True has specified training and experience in surgical hair restoration. After completing a fellowship in Surgical Hair restoration, Dr. True traveled to France to study Scalp extension and Slot correction.

Robert Dorin M.D.
Dr. Dorin graduated Cum Laude from SUNY Stonybrook with a B.S. in Bio Chemistry and pursued post graduate education at New York College of Osteopathic Medicine.
He did his internship and residency at Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in W. Islip. NY. Dr. Dorin is a member of The International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery. He is board certified in Family Practice.
Prior to post graduate training Dr. Dorin worked in the Pediatric Urology Department at Long Island Jewish Medical Center conducting research. For 18 months he performed Northern analysis on human tissue searching for the expression of the Wilms tumor gene.
Dr. Dorin is now the managing partner with Robert H. True, MD of the True & Dorin Medical Group, PC. He and Dr. True currently practice hair restoration exclusively in a brand new surgical facility in Midtown Manhattan. They and their staff are fully committed to treating every patient as an individual and providing them with completely natural results. This commitment is very evident in their patient’s excellent end results.
