The process begins with diagnostic imaging that includes a CT scan of your jaws. Our surgical team uses the data obtained during imaging to create a 3-D model of your jaws and a treatment plan. The 3-D model helps our onsite lab build your replacement teeth so they match the contours of your jaw and fit comfortably and naturally. The surgical team then places four titanium implants in both the upper and lower jaw (if both are undergoing treatment). Two of the four implants are tilted to make use of as much bone as is available; the angled implants are especially important to patients with low bone volume.
