Our Southwestern Center has several unique offerings, including a twenty-four hour chemotherapy infusion center, a lung center team which has external beam radiation therapy technologies, including Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT) and TomoTherapy® Highly Integrated Adaptive Radiotherapy (HI-ART). Also, Southwestern is the first medical center in Oklahoma to offer the FDA-approved hyperthermia treatment, where therapeutic heat is applied in conjunction with radiation to destroy tumors.
