Dr. Liu is an oncologist and attending physician at Westchester Medical Center and Chief of Hematology at Phelps Memorial Hospital Center.


He is Director of the Adult Leukemia Service at Westchester Oncology. During the course of his career he has gained invaluable experience in the treatment of patients with acute leukemias, myelodysplasia and other hematologic malignancies. Dr. Liu has been recognized for five consecutive years in prestigious, "New York's Best Doctors" listings published by Castle - Connolly. He serves as Vice Chairman of the Institutional Review Board (Oncology Panel) at New York Medical College where he is Associate Professor of Medicine and leader of the Oncology Fellowship Training Program.
