After finishing College and Medical School at Cambridge University in England, Dr. Goodman came to the United States for training in General Surgery at Maimonides Medical Center in New York. He then finished a Fellowship at Columbia University, focusing on cellular immunology. Since then, he has Co-Directed the University Institute for Surgery of Morbid Obesity, and spent time on the faculty at New Jersey Medical School. He then served as a faculty member at the Albert Einstein School of Medicine, and worked at Montefiore Medical Center. He has been at Beth Israel in New York City since 2004.
